Program Management for the implementation of the Hudson County Community College Master Plan. The Master Plan included a new 40,000 SF Administration Building, new 75,000 SF Culinary School, new 85,000 SF Academic building as expansion to HCCC as its North Hudson Campus. General Program Management Services included:
- Feasibility Studies with on call architects for purchase of land and existing building acquisitions
- Develop overall program schedule to meet College Master Plan needs
- Develop project budgets for College Board approval
- Identify with on call Engineers any environmental concerns
- Coordinate with on call architect to develop overall new campus identity and signage program
- Coordinate on call architect in producing capital improvements/deferred Maintenance Program
- Determine bidding strategy with respect to ongoing school operations
