Harrison Waterfront Redevelopment

MAST is serving as Program Manager for this project; a redevelopment of 250+ acres in the southern portion of Harrison, in a formerly industrial waterfront area.  The area represents approximately 32% of the towns 1.2 square miles.  The plan calls for the following elements:

• 18,000 seat professional sports arena for Red Bull Soccer
• A public waterfront walkway and green  area
• Structured parking facilities
• An urban entertainment center
• A street oriented 4 to 5 story mixed use Boulevard, with ground floor retail and  upper floor for office/residential
• Residential opportunities
• Large scale movie production studio
• Improvement of the Harrison Path Station
• Public street improvements
• Expansion of exits off of Route 280
