In Englewood, New Jersey, located just minutes from Overpeck Park and within twenty minutes access to New York City, Flatrock offers a true live/work community.  MAST is responsible for the portion of this redevelopment that includes 126 new luxury residences.  The new condominiums include one and two bedroom units in a four story construction with the convenience of above ground parking garages that will accommodate 400 vehicles and are centrally located and shared by each building.
