MAST served as Owner’s Representative, for this 56,000 SF three level clubhouse, designed by Peacock and Lewis of North Palm Beach, Florida.  The clubhouse has been designed as a traditional northeastern manor home, in order to complement the restored A.W. Tillinghast golf course.

The new clubhouse includes state of the art kitchens, a large formal dining room, a casual dining room, expansive mens and womens locker rooms, each with its own private lounge area.  It’s complete with keen attention to detail, offering the finest of materials.

This project also includes five (5) new tennis courts, playground and new swimming pool complex for the membership.
